After completing his law degree, Bakhtyar Omed began his legal career working at the Citizens Advice Bureau, where he undertook extensive pro-bono work and supported individuals facing a wide range of legal challenges. This early exposure provided him with a strong foundation in client care and a deep understanding of the real-world impact of accessible, high-quality legal support and advice.
He went on to work at Number Twelve Chambers, gaining valuable experience in advocacy, complex legal matters, and high-level case preparation. Alongside this, he worked with several established law firms, including Malik & Malik Solicitors as well as RA & Co, where he further developed his commercial awareness and broadened his expertise across multiple areas of law, especially within the business realm.
Throughout his career, Bakhtyar consistently observed a recurring issue within the legal industry: clients and businesses were often underserved by rigid, inefficient processes, unclear communication, and unpredictable pricing structures over time. Many clients found themselves paying for services that lacked transparency and failed to meet their specific needs.
Recognising this clear gap in the market, Bakhtyar set out to build the first unique legal services designed around clarity, efficiency, and trust.
